1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of legal advisory services offered by Vintara under the domain vintarray.site, specializing in legal support for pensioners.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be pensioners who are of legal age and able to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

3. Booking and Fees

Appointments for legal services may be scheduled via telephone at +14161863928 or through our contact form. Fees are due at the time of booking. Service times and resources are allocated upon confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

All refund requests for legal services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of booking. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days. Clients may request to transfer a scheduled service to another date at no extra charge if the request is made at least 3 days before the appointment. Certain bespoke advisory packages, which require prior research and resource allocation, are non-refundable due to the preparatory work involved.

4.2 Informational Products

Digital informational guides and templates may be purchased online. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. If access to digital files has been granted, partial credits or hubs may be offered at our discretion, processed via the original payment method.

4.3 Merchandise

Physical goods sold under the Vintara banner may be returned or hubd within 30 days of delivery if defective or damaged. Clients must notify us in writing and provide proof of defect. Approved refunds for merchandise are issued via the original payment method.

5. Modifications

Vintara reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on vintarray.site.
